Nik Sharpe
Senior Reliability Engineer
Overview
Nik has a long history solving tough problems in heavy industry. He combines Applied Failure Analysis, ICAM, and RCA to get to the heart of issues and fix them fast. As our lead Apollo Root Cause Analysis™ (ARCA) trainer, he’s been using these methods for over a decade and loves helping others tackle challenges with confidence.
Industry Experience
Nik has worked with both OEMs (like Caterpillar, Bucyrus, and Terex) and major operators including Glencore. He has applied ARCA to mobile mining fleets and fixed plant infrastructure (like CHPP assets) to cut downtime and improve maintenance. His hands-on approach and real-world stories keep learners engaged.
