PROJECT SUPPORT COORDINATOR

The Roles purpose
In this vital role, you will support our engineering consultancy by ensuring the smooth management of project schedules, budgets, and administrative functions. You’ll work directly with our engineering operations team and managing director, playing a key part in the efficient running of day-to-day activities. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
- Track project progress, analyse performance, and recommend improvements.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather and implement schedule and cost changes.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal management and external clients.
- Assist with project invoicing and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, manage incoming calls, and arrange travel for the Operations team and Managing Director.
Key Competencies:
- Proactive and Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high level of organisation.
- Effective Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with project teams and clients.

Reliability Engineer – Asset Management

Holistic Asset Management has quickly become a leader in providing advanced asset management servicing since its establishment in 2016, working with asset-intensive industries both nationally & internationally. As we continue to expand our business, our team based at our new Maroochydore head office continues to grow.
We are seeking Reliability Engineers, with skills ranging from junior knowledge to those more experienced, to join our Sunshine Coast based team, in a manner which can be made flexible to suit your work/life situation.
For the right candidate, this role could be performed remotely or in a hybrid manner, as long as the ability to attend the Maroochydore office at least once a week is guaranteed. There would be an initial period spent at the office upon commencement for training purposes, and then the arrangement is open for discussion to best suit you and Holistic Asset Management.
The Roles purpose
These roles play an integral role in our team, you’ll play a key role in our team, developing and implementing strategies that enhance our clients’ asset reliability and lifespan. You’ll directly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs, helping to uphold our high service standards and providing support services to our clients.
Your contribution to enhance and standardise asset management practices will impact on our client’s maintenance and operational efficiencies, improve decision making and reduce costs over the entire asset lifestyle.
As we continue to grow, we are excited to extend our team and are seeking experienced Reliability Engineers for our new Maroochydore head office on the beautiful Queensland Sunshine Coast. For the right candidate, we can accommodate a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for some office-based time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop operations documents such as Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs) and Asset Management Plans (AMPs).
- Improve maintenance productivity by implementing effective maintenance work management practices.
- Operational readiness support of new greenfield and brownfield sites.
- Design and implement effective reliability strategies and procedures.
- Conduct Failure Modes, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations
- Develop and optimise asset maintenance strategies.
